LKE Entertainment Group Inc. (LKE Group Inc.) was born from the underground stages, rehearsal rooms, and late-night brainstorms of a alternative-metal band determined to do things differently. Formed in the early 1990s in Tilbury–Windsor, Ontario, Lesser Known wasn’t just a band, it was a movement. A group of working-class artists who believed in their sound, their message, and each other.
In 1997, out of necessity and ambition, the band launched their own record label; LKE Entertainment Group to release their second album Inner Beast and take full control of their creative future. They booked their own tours, handled their own merch, and navigated everything from studio time to immigration paperwork with no corporate backing; just hustle, heart, and conviction.
After the band disbanded in 2004, and the original label shut its doors in 2005, the dream could’ve ended there. But in 2015, founder and bassist Roger Beaudry returned with a vision, not just to preserve their past, but to build a future. With full support from the original members, Roger reactivated the company and incorporated LKE Entertainment Group Inc. (Lesser Known Entertainment Group Inc. – LKE Group Inc.), expanding its mission far beyond music.
