Hello

From the quiet streets of Tilbury, Ontario, to the vibrant music scene of Toronto, Carrie & Roger Beaudry’s journey has been defined by passion, perseverance, and purpose. As Owners, Directors, of LKE Entertainment Group Inc., they have dedicated their life to building a legacy that blends family, music, and leadership.

Our Story

Roger’s love for music began at a young age, and at 13, when a surprise Christmas gift, a guitar sparked a fire that would never fade. He spent his youth honing his craft on guitar, drums, and other instruments, eventually performing in a series of cover bands. In 1991, at just 20 years old, he joined Lesser Known as the bass guitarist, all while raising his son Lars, who was born when Roger was only 18. That commitment to family, responsibility, and resilience has remained at the heart of his journey.

Roger’s story is also a love story, one that began in grade school, when he and Carrie first met. At 14, Carrie and 15-year-old Roger became grade school sweethearts, a bond that has grown stronger over the years. Together, they have built a strong family, always standing shoulder to shoulder, even in the hardest times. Their unwavering commitment to each other and to their family is evident in the love, support, and fun they share; which radiates through their children, grandchildren, and extended family. Their dedication to each other and their community has always been a guiding force in everything they do.

Carrie has been Roger's #1 support system, not just in his career and the entertainment world, but also in his leadership with the Knights of Columbus.  She is one of the hardest working woman Roger has ever known, tirelessly providing her time, love, and support for their family. Carrie is the true backbone to the successful partnerships, and her influence shines through in LKE’s vision. With her calm, mindful nature, she is the steady force that keeps things grounded, always supporting Roger’s work ethic and ambitions while maintaining the balance between his professional and family life.

While Roger was performing on the road or working with various organizations, it was Carrie who kept the household running smoothly, ensuring their family remained close and united. Her selflessness and unwavering support allowed Roger to pursue his dreams without hesitation.

Carrie has also grown into an exceptional leader in her own right, stepping into management roles such as supervisory and assistant manager positions. Her skill set has proven invaluable to LKE Entertainment Group Inc., where she serves as a board member, reviewing and advising on the company's ventures. Carrie’s strength and wisdom play a vital role in guiding the company, and her partnership with Roger is one of mutual respect and shared vision.

Roger’s leadership roots trace back to his early involvement with the Tilbury Columbian Squires Circle #644 and the Tilbury Knights of Columbus - MSGR A.J. McNabb Council #2356, where he gained invaluable training in responsibility, governance, and organizational structure. These foundations were later strengthened through union training in workplace safety and governance, reinforcing his belief in professionalism, accountability, and integrity.

Professionally, Roger has held pivotal roles at Steel Cylinders Manufacturing and Worthington Cylinders, always championing safety and respect for the people around him. When his plant later shut down and operations moved to the United States, Roger faced one of life’s defining setbacks. Instead of letting it end his journey, he transformed the experience into a turning point, choosing resilience, growth, and purpose. Today, he serves as the Financial Administrator / Support Staff at the United Steelworkers, District 6 Headquarters, continuing to embody those values in his daily work.

For the past decade, Roger has called Toronto home, balancing his corporate expertise with his passion for music and entertainment. As he leads LKE Entertainment Group Inc., his vision remains clear: to honour the roots of his story while always striving toward what comes next.

What started as a personal mission has since grown into a family-driven company. Today, they lead LKE Entertainment Group Inc. alongside their two sons: Lars Beaudry, Treasurer and Head of A&R and Austin Beaudry, Vice-President. Together, they represent both heritage and innovation, carrying the Beaudry name forward with vision and purpose.
